Лавровий лист – незаменимая пряность для приготовления практически всех видов кулинарных блюд: борщей, супов, соусов, подлив, кетчупов и маринадов. Блюдам из свинины, говядины, рыбы лавровый лист придает изысканность и пикантность. Он стимулирует аппетит и улучшает пищеварение. Лавровый лист имеет слабоароматический пряный запах и горький вкус. Применяется согласно кулинарных рецептов. Перед употреблением рекомендуется промыть.
