Способ приготовления:

- 1 кг моркови ( 8-10 средних морковин) нарезать соломкой, посолить по вкусу и оставить на 30 минут. Затем выжать сок и слить его.

- Добавить в морковь 3 ч. ложки приправы и перемешать. Отдельно взять 100г подсолнечного масла и 1-1,5ст. ложки уксуса, смешать, довести до кипения и влить морковь.

- Все тщательно перемешать и поставить в холодильник на 2,5 часа.

Морковь по-корейски готова !

Наш совет: Для получения лучших вкусовых качеств морковь поставить в холодильник на сутки.

Применение: Содержимое пакета рассчитано на 1,5 кг моркови.

Состав: Чеснок, усилитель вкуса и запаха ( глютамат натрия), кориандр, чили, базилик, карри, черный перец, орех мускатный.

Хранение: Хранить в сухом прохладном месте.
